Why Missouri?

Missouri is known for agriculture and great barbeque! Branson has been called the “live country music capital of the universe” and in addition to lots of music, offers all kinds of fun fascinations such as Silver Dollar City theme park. St. Louis, another well-known city in Missouri, is home to the Gateway Arch, one of the most iconic structures in the country where an elevator allows you to go all the way to the top of the 630-foot arch! Kansas City houses many pro sports teams, museums, cultural attractions and a great zoo. Or, if cities are not your thing, check out one of 92 state parks or historic sites and explore some of the state’s 1000+ caves, beautiful waterfalls or hiking trails. Missouri is a landlocked state full of plains and prairies, plateaus and hills, rivers and streams and the famous Ozark Mountains. Its climate is varied, with extreme temperature fluctuations—hot summers, cold winters and plenty of precipitation each year including snow and ice storms. It’s not a state prone to boredom!
